These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mayluku.com and the Mayluku app (the “Service”), operated by Turquoise Era Pty Ltd. By applying for membership or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Membership is free to start and is granted at Mayluku’s discretion. You must provide accurate information when you create your account and keep your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of the Dreams, Canon entries, and other content you create within Mayluku. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your ideas or creative work.

Mayluku offers one free Mayluku for life and a 30-day trial of the full suite, as described on our homepage. Trial terms, pricing, and features are subject to change; current details will always be reflected on mayluku.com. The 30-day trial does not ask for a payment card and never turns into a paid membership automatically — you only pay if you choose a paid membership yourself.
Paid memberships. The Full Suite is available as a Monthly membership, an Annual membership, or a one-off Lifetime membership, at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), so if your card is issued in another currency your bank may convert the amount and may add its own fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Automatic renewal. Monthly and Annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then shown, and your payment method is charged each time, until you cancel. A Lifetime membership is a single payment and does not renew.
Cancelling. You can cancel a Monthly or Annual membership at any time, online, from My Account → Manage billing, or by emailing team@mayluku.com. When you cancel, you will not be charged again and your Full Suite access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that, your account remains and one Mayluku stays open free for life. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with notice where practicable.
The Service is a tool for organizing and tracking your own goals and creative projects. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for more detail on what Mayluku does and does not promise.
Angel is an artificial intelligence assistant built into Mayluku to help you clarify, plan, and work towards your dreams and goals. Angel is designed to support you consistently throughout your use of the platform. Your results depend on your own input, effort, and participation, and Mayluku does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Angel is not a counsellor, psychologist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or any other qualified professional. Nothing Angel says is professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for it. Angel may share information and philosophical perspectives to offer another way of looking at a situation. These are offered as viewpoints only.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions, including any you take after working with Angel. By using Angel, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility at all times.
Angel may draw on information from a range of sources, including the internet. While Angel aims to provide useful and relevant information, Mayluku does not guarantee that any information Angel provides is accurate, complete, or current, or that it will lead to success on this platform or elsewhere.
If you are having thoughts of suicide or of harming yourself or others, please seek help from someone who can support you in person: a professional counsellor, a pastoral member of your church or faith community, or a close friend you trust. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services straight away. Angel will continue to support you within the conversation and will encourage you to seek help if you indicate you may be in danger. Angel is not an emergency or crisis service.
Angel will not engage in pornographic or sexually explicit conversation. If a user attempts this, Angel will give a warning. If the behaviour continues, Angel may end the conversation.
Angel will not engage with abusive, threatening, or harassing language. If this occurs, Angel will give a warning. If it continues, Angel may end the conversation.
Access to Angel is provided at Mayluku’s discretion and is not an entitlement. Mayluku may suspend or cancel your account, or restrict your access to Angel, if you breach these terms, including the conduct described in clauses 7.6 and 7.7.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turquoise Era Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
