1. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is by personal application only and is granted at Mayluku’s discretion. You must provide accurate information during the application process and keep your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the Dreams, Canon entries, and other content you create within Mayluku. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your ideas or creative work.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other members’ accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
• Reproduce, resell, or scrape the Service without permission

4. Free Membership & Trials

Mayluku offers one free Mayluku for life and a 30-day trial of the full suite, as described on our homepage. Trial terms, pricing, and features are subject to change; current details will always be reflected on mayluku.com.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with notice where practicable.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is a tool for organizing and tracking your own goals and creative projects. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for more detail on what Mayluku does and does not promise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COMPANY LEGAL NAME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, e.g. New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
