Mayluku (COMPANY LEGAL NAME, “Mayluku,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use mayluku.com and the Mayluku app (the “Service”), why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Account information. When you apply for membership and create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide during the application process.

Content you create. This includes the Dreams, Canon entries, steps, and progress data you build within the app.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, and general device/browser information — via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).

Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep a record of that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and membership
• To operate core features, including your dashboard, progress tracking, and the Angel guidance feature

3. The Angel Feature

Angel, Mayluku’s in-app guide, processes what you enter in order to respond to you. We do not use your personal Dream content to train public models or share it with other members. Add specifics here about the AI provider/vendor used, and data retention for these interactions.

4. Cookies & Analytics

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Authorities, where required by law
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International Users

Mayluku is based in JURISDICTION, e.g. Australia. If you access the Service from outside this jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed there.
