Mayluku (Turquoise Era Pty Ltd, “Mayluku,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use mayluku.com and the Mayluku app (the “Service”), why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Account information. When you apply for membership and create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide during the application process.
Content you create. This includes the Dreams, Canon entries, steps, and progress data you build within the app.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, and general device/browser information — via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Angel, Mayluku’s in-app guide, processes what you enter in order to respond to you. We do not use your personal Dream content to train public models or share it with other members. Angel is powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. What you type to Angel is sent to Anthropic so that it can generate a reply, and Anthropic handles it only as described in its own privacy and data-retention policies. We store your conversations with Angel, and short memory notes Angel keeps so it can pick up where you left off, in our own database. They are visible only to you and to Mayluku’s administrators when needed to run or protect the Service, and they are permanently deleted when you delete your account.
We use cookies for core site functionality and, where you consent, analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time — see our Cookie Policy for full details.
Advertising measurement. When we advertise Mayluku on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok, we use each platform’s tracking tag (the Google Ads tag, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel). These tags run on our public landing pages and at two moments after you sign in: when you create an account, and when you buy a membership. They let the platform know that a visit came from one of its ads and that a sign-up or purchase happened (including the amount paid), so we can see whether our advertising works and reach people likely to be interested. The platforms may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and the page you were on, and may link this to your account with them, under their own privacy policies.
We do not send your name or email address to these platforms, and the tags are never loaded on the pages where you write your dreams, steps or conversations with Angel — so what you write in Mayluku is not shared with any advertising platform.
Your choices. You can turn advertising tags off at any time on our Cookie Policy page, or turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser — we honour both and will not load advertising tags for you. You can also manage the ads you see with Google, Meta and TikTok. Opting out changes the ads you see, not how Mayluku works.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
We keep your account and everything you build for as long as your account exists, whether you are a paying member, on a free account, or your trial has ended. When you delete your account, your dreams, steps, images, conversations with Angel, sharing links, name, email and login are permanently deleted.
A small amount of information is kept after deletion, and only for these reasons: (a) a one-way scrambled marker of your email address (not the address itself) and your original sign-up date, so the free 30-day trial cannot be restarted by signing up again; (b) payment and invoice records, which we are required by law to keep; and (c) if you were personally invited as a founding member, that invite record, so your lifetime access is honoured if you return.
Your data is yours. You can delete your account and all of your data yourself at any time, including after your trial or membership has ended, from My Account → Delete my account & data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or if you would like us to delete your data for you, email team@mayluku.com.
If you live in the United States. Some US states (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia) give residents specific privacy rights. In the last 12 months we have collected the following kinds of personal information: identifiers and contact details (name, email address, IP address), account and payment-status information (payments themselves are handled by Stripe and we never see your card number), the content you create in Mayluku, and internet activity such as pages visited. We use it for the purposes in section 2 and keep it as described in section 6. We do not sell your personal information for money. Using advertising tags (section 4) can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under some state laws; you can opt out at any time on our Cookie Policy page or with the Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out request. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to be treated the same whether or not you use these rights. Use My Account → Delete my account & data, or email team@mayluku.com and we will respond within 45 days. You may also ask an authorised agent to make a request for you.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Mayluku is operated from Australia by Turquoise Era Pty Ltd. If you use the Service from another country, including the United States, your information is transferred to, stored and processed in Australia and in the countries where our service providers (such as our hosting, email and payment providers, and Anthropic) operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
